JOHN GLEASON

An expert in the design, build, programming, and testing of micron accuracy micro automated assembly, John leads process development, R&D, and system validation efforts at Isometric.

He has over 15 years of engineering and automation experience, with 11 years of micro automation engineering experience. A degreed Manufacturing Engineer from the University of Wisconsin Stout, John is also a Certified RJG Master Molder.

DONNA BIBBER

Vice President, Corporate Development

As a recent “100 Notable People in Medical Devices”, Donna brings over 33 years of micro injection molding and high-volume disposable experience to her work at Isometric.

She’s also the author of numerous technical white papers presented to NSF, NIH, and worldwide medical device/pharma OEM’s. A degreed Plastics Engineer from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Donna has been a technical consultant and lead on 100’s of projects.

These projects include bioresorbable implants, glucose monitors, neuro implants, biosensors, oncology programs–and more.
