As a recent “100 Notable People in Medical Devices”, Donna brings over 33 years of micro injection molding and high-volume disposable experience to her work at Isometric.
She’s also the author of numerous technical white papers presented to NSF, NIH, and worldwide medical device/pharma OEM’s. A degreed Plastics Engineer from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Donna has been a technical consultant and lead on 100’s of projects.
These projects include bioresorbable implants, glucose monitors, neuro implants, biosensors, oncology programs–and more.
With over 27 years of engineering and business development leadership in the plastics industry, Wayne is the primary inventor of four commercialized and patented molding technologies. In addition, Wayne is listed as an inventor on numerous product patents for both the consumer and medical device industries.
He also has over 25 years of plastics industry estimating experience and 22 years of technical/solutions-based selling expertise. A degreed Industrial Engineer from the University of Wisconsin Platteville, Wayne also has significant program management experience.
Widely acknowledged as a micro molding and materials industry expert and key opinion leader, Brent is regularly featured in industry articles, on conference leadership panels, and as a keynote speaker.
A degreed Plastics Engineer with an MBA from Pittsburg State University, Brent has over 23 years of sales and marketing leadership, primarily within the plastics micro molding industry. He has a broad materials background working in the resin industry and UHMWPE textiles.
Brent’s creative, collaborative, and strategic approach has led to long-term, mutually beneficial product advancements and launches.

An expert in the design, build, programming, and testing of micron accuracy micro automated assembly, John leads process development, R&D, and system validation efforts at Isometric.
He has over 15 years of engineering and automation experience, with 11 years of micro automation engineering experience. A degreed Manufacturing Engineer from the University of Wisconsin Stout, John is also a Certified RJG Master Molder.
