Nissha Medical Technologies to Acquire Isometric

Isometric is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive agreement with Nissha Medical Technologies to acquire the majority equity of Isometric. Nissha Medical Technologies has incredible global outreach, with facilities around the world and intellectual property in micro-sensors, micro needles, and endoscope design, to name a few. They also have significant medical device design and manufacturing capabilities with over 250 engineers across the world to help support bringing new products to market. Isometric will be a platform business under Nissha Medical Technologies and will continue to go to market as Isometric Micro Molding. It is our collective goal to continue to build on our already significant micro focused service offerings and become a center of excellence in miniaturized devices. With Nissha Medical Technologies as our partner, Isometric is very well positioned for significant growth and technological advancement.
